FAQs

  • Do I need to book?
    Yes, you must book online and submit a ParQ before your first class. Classes have strict limits on capacity so book in advance to ensure you don’t miss out.
  • What is a ParQ?
    A ParQ is a Participation Questionnaire which ensures you are medically fit enough to take part in the class and must be completed for insurance purposes before your first class. You can find the ParQ here.
  • Do I need to bring my own Kettlebell to Kettlercise?
    Yes. Due to hygiene reasons we will are not lending out equipment. Please bring your own Kettlebell and mat. Kettlebells are available on the booking site. Contact Zoe for Kettlebell purchase options or advice.
  • I won't know if I can make the class till just before, can I still book?
    Yes, online booking remains open until the class starts, so even if it’s a last minute decision you can still check availability and secure your place.
  • I have forgotten to complete, print out or submit my ParQ, can I still take part in my first class?
    No. A ParQ must be completed for participation in your first class. Please speak to Zoe who will give you a ParQ form to complete before you start.
  • Are there changing facilities available?
    Sir Frederic Osborn School Sports Centre has showers and changing facilities. All other class venues have WCs only. *Due to venue restrictions these may not always be available.
  • Is parking available?
    All venues have parking available. Please check the Venues section of this site for further information.
  • Can I bring food and drink?
    It is a good idea to bring a bottle of water or sports drink to a fitness class. Some venues do not allow food to be consumed on site so please check before tucking in to your post workout snack.
  • I have a medical condition, can I participate in a class?
    Every circumstance is different. Please contact Zoe to discuss any medical issues before attending a class. Some exceptional circumstances may require permission from a doctor to participate.
  • Can men participate in these classes?
    These classes are great workouts for both men and women of all ages.
  • Can my children take part?
    Unfortunately, due to insurance limitations, children are unable to participate in these classes. In some circumstances it is possible to bring children along to watch. Please contact Zoe for further information.
  • Can I take part in Kettlercise during pregnancy?
    No, Kettlercise is not suitable during pregnancy. Please speak to Zoe for advice on training during pregnancy or to book an individual or small group personal training session.
