Kettlercise is an effective Kettlebell fat burning workout, designed to shape and sculpt your body. It’s fun, super quick and super effective, with results including rapid fat loss and a lean toned figure.

It’s a stimulating, invigorating, safe and easy-to-follow, kettlebell inspired, calorie blitzing, fat blasting program and people everywhere are loving the lightening quick RESULTS!

Kettlercise is suitable for men and women of all fitness abilities. Each participant uses one light kettlebell for this low impact workout, ranging from 2-8kg for women, and 6-12kg for men. During the routine we move from toning one body part to another using the same weight in different ways. Each exercise lasts for 30-60 seconds.

Whilst it's fine to just turn up to a class, please try to book your session online before attending. This will save time and also guarantees your space.
